Oh how I am so glad to have found Gail. I was in so much pain and it was really affecting my mental health. Initially we sat down and Gail took the time to listen and understand where the pain was and how it was affecting me before she worked her magic. Her knowledge and skill is phenomenal and I can’t believe how after only 50 minutes I had so much relief and how much movement I regained. I felt like a completely different person. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional and personal to me nothing like I’ve experienced before. At the end she even showed me the muscles she had worked on and some stretches to aid my recovery. Her skill and knowledge is incredible and I would highly recommend paying Gail a visit, I will be returning and would never hesitate to contact her for any issues in the future.

An amazing experience every time. Gail uses exceptional skill but is also very intuitive. With such in depth knowledge, it’s very reassuring to be in such safe caring hands and the benefits are massive for relaxation and pain relief aiding better mobility. A beautiful place where I genuinely feel cared for. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Recently had a sports massage from Gail, as I had tense shoulders and lower back pain. She is obviously a very knowledgeable lady and 2 days later I can say that my problems are all sorted and I feel great. Will be back, highly recommend!!

I have had my fourth massage from Gail this week and I can’t fault her with the attention she gives to everything that is needed to improve and solve the problems I have with my back. During the massage she can see my back visibly relaxing and this is because she has the knowledge to find the tight areas and deal with them effectively. I live some distance away but it is well worth the journey and wish I lived nearer so I could have one of her massages more frequently. I have no hesitation in recommending Gail to anyone who has any muscular problems.

I have had several massages with Gail. She is both skilled and intuitive and I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Last year I was experiencing some extreme muscular pain in one of my legs and the only thing that helped was a session with Gail. She is simply the best and I would not go anywhere else.
